All Twine & Sunshine orders are final sale. Because our pieces are made in small batches through a limited preorder model, we are unable to accept cancellations once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your piece, please contact us within 7 days of delivery through our website and we will make it right.
