Twine & Sunshine started with my dad.
Growing up, I wanted to be just like him — right down to the beaded necklaces he wore and the oversized hoodies I usually stole.
Years ago, our friends started calling him Twine and me Sunshine. When I eventually began making jewelry, the name followed naturally.
But so did something else he gave me: a habit of noticing the little things.
His favorite phrase is, “This is the stuff dreams are made of.” He usually means something incredibly ordinary — good food, good music, a moment worth enjoying.
Somewhere along the way, that became the heart of this brand too.
Because the little things usually become the big things once we look back.
